Smart Energy, RenewableNI’s flagship conference, returns in spring 2026 with the theme “Developments for Delivering.”
Now firmly established as Northern Ireland’s premier renewable energy event, Smart Energy has grown year on year, attracting Executive Ministers, international CEOs, and leading industry voices.
The 2026 programme will feature keynote addresses and panel discussions on the policy and infrastructure reforms needed to boost industry confidence as Northern Ireland advances towards its Climate Act target of an 80% reduction by 2030.
From strengthening the supply chain to building an offshore wind sector and investing in people and skills, Smart Energy 2026 tackles the big issues that will shape Northern Ireland’s journey to reclaiming its place as a leader in renewable energy.

- Our tickets are flexible and offer free cancellation up to 14 days prior to the event. Please contact events@renewableuk.com to request a refund. Refunds can take up to 60 days.
- To change the name on your ticket, or to swap your ticket with a colleague, please contact events@renewableuk.com
- RenewableUK operates a no-payment no-entry policy. All tickets must be paid for by the event date
Discounted tickets
Student[1], not-for-profit[2] and Government[3] passes are also available for a discounted rate. Please get in touch with events@renewableuk.com for a discount code if you think you could qualify for one of these passes.
- Student passes are for students studying at college and university. Once approved, these will allow full access to the show.
- Not-for-profit passes are for associations, academic institutions, charities or NGOs.
- The Government discounted rate applies to employees of central government departments that form part of the core Civil Service.
This does not extend to non-departmental public bodies, executive agencies, or publicly funded organisations. In this case, please ask for a not-for-profit discount.
