Registration terms and conditions

• Please take time to read the full privacy policy 


• Our tickets are flexible and offer free cancellation up to 14 days prior to the event. Please contact events@renewableuk.com to request a refund. Refunds can take up to 60 days.


• To change the name on your ticket, or to swap your ticket with a colleague, please contact events@renewableuk.com 


• RenewableUK operates a no-payment no-entry policy. All tickets must be paid for by the event date

Discounted tickets

Student[1],  not-for-profit[2] and Government[3] passes are also available for a discounted rate. Please get in touch with events@renewableuk.com for a discount code if you think you could qualify for one of these passes.

1. Student passes are for students studying at college and university. Once approved, these will allow full access to the show. 


2. Not-for-profit passes are for associations, academic institutions, charities or NGOs.


3. The Government discounted rate applies to employees of central government departments that form part of the core Civil Service.
   This does not extend to non-departmental public bodies, executive agencies, or publicly funded organisations. In this case, please ask for a not-for-profit discount.
