A drinks reception will follow from 17:00 – 19:00, open to all event delegates with a conference pass and all RenewableUK members, which requires a reservation. The drinks reception is kindly sponsored by EnergyPro.
Getting there
- By tube: The nearest tube stations are Warren Street (Northern & Victoria Line), Great Portland Street (Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan), Goodge Street (Northern Line).
- By train: The nearest major National Rail stations are Euston, King’s Cross, and St Pancras International. All three are around 10–15 minutes’ walk or a short bus/tube ride from Fitzroy Street.
- By bus: Fitzroy Street and Fitzroy Square has several regular bus routes: 18, 29, 205, 453. These are regular to Oxford Circus and Kings Cross.
- By bike: There are multiple Santander Cycles docking stations around Fitzrovia, including Fitzroy Square and Euston Road. Dedicated cycle routes cover Euston Road and Tottenham Court Road. Additionally, Forest Bikes can be found across London.
- By car: Parking is not available at the venue. The nearest carparks are Clipstone Street, Regents Park and Bucklebury, all a short walk from the venue.

Reducing your impact
As a delegate
As a delegate, you can minimise your impact by:
- Planning your journey. Your journey to and from the event can be one of the largest contributors to carbon emissions related to our events. Opt for public transport, carshare, or consider sustainable travel options.
- Choose sustainable businesses. If staying overnight, research local hotels, restaurants and other business committed to sustainability.
- Bring a water bottle. Water refill points are available at our events. Don't add more to landfill!

Our venue and suppliers have been selected based on their commitment to environmentally friendly practices.
Reducing waste
- Recyclable materials: We use bamboo-based, recyclable lanyards and fully recyclable delegate badges.
- Digital solutions: We've replaced printed programmes with mobile apps and use digital signage where possible to minimise paper waste.
- Sustainable food: We work closely with the venue catering team to select sustainable food options. For environmental reasons, our menus will be vegan and vegetarian.
