RenewableUK unveils EnergyPulse – the market leader in UK data on renewable energy projects
07 December 2021 - RenewableUK press release
RenewableUK has unveiled a unique new service for its member companies entitled EnergyPulse. It offers a comprehensive database of information on over 9,000 wind, marine, energy storage and green hydrogen projects in the UK, and also includes offshore wind projects worldwide.
Members have access to it online and can interrogate it to find valuable information on various aspects of each project, as well as details of supply chain companies. They can also sign up to receive regular bulletins and reports on areas of the market which are of specific interest to them, such as floating wind, cables or turbine foundations.
Built by RenewableUK experts drawing on the trade association’s knowledge and experience stretching back for over 40 years, EnergyPulse includes information on the status of each project, supply chain contracts announced by developers, details of key players in each part of the industry including their market share, and forecasts of when future projects will begin construction and will be fully commissioned - including information on supply chain requirements which indicate where market opportunities lie in the years ahead. This information is useful not only to project developers but also for government, statutory bodies, consultants, legal firms and academics.
RenewableUK’s Executive Director Isabel DiVanna said:
“EnergyPulse is an accurate and constantly updated source of data and analytics - one which all businesses, policy makers and analysts can use to understand this market and plan for the future, giving them the edge over their competitors.
