NextGen Network: open to all members at the start of their careers


Shadow Board: reconstituted every two years. All members are welcome to apply


RenewableUK wants to find ways to develop talent in the industry - from those at the very start of their careers, to those looking to lead.


Our NextGen Network is aimed at newcomers to the industry and offers networking and mentorship opportunities to help them growth within it. Open to all members, it runs intimate events throughout the year. 


Our Shadow Board is composed of the next generation of leaders, looking to gain executive level experience.

RenewableUK’s working groups play a vital role in shaping our consultation responses and producing policy papers that outline our key priorities for both members and the wider sector, whilst our Strategic Committee provides oversight and steers the activities of working groups by ensuring they deliver to support organisational strategy and objectives. The Strategic Committee also shapes our work in a number of cross-cutting areas, developing policy positions and feeding into research and analysis.
