Theatre programme
Our theatre programme features over 100 presentations from experts across three zones of the exhibition hall: the Energy Transition Zone (sponsored by ScottishPower Renewables), the Innovation Theatre (sponsored by Vestas) and the Supply Chain Hub (sponsored by Venterra Group). All these sessions are free to attend for anyone with an exhibitor pass.

Information for exhibitors
We are looking forward to you joining us at Global Offshore Wind on 17 – 18 June 2025 at Excel London.
All communications will be sent to the exhibitor lead, this will be the lead booker contact on your contract. Please let us know if this changes as only this person will receive exhibitor communication and logins.
Once your contract is confirmed they will receive information on how to access the Exhibitor Technical Manual and the Exhibitor Hub where you can find all information relating to your stand at the show. Please note you may need to share details from the technical manual with your stand contractor.

Portal Details
Exhibitor Hub
This portal has links to all the areas of the event including the technical manual, booking passes and marketing toolkits. Here you can register all your allocated passes into the exhibition and conference. You will also be able to buy additional passes for your team.
Exhibitor Technical Manual
Here you will find all the information you need to exhibit at #RUKGOW25. Please read the manual thoroughly and submit all the forms on time. If you are a space-only booking, you will need to share this with your stand contractor.
Event App
