Introducting the Launch Pad Zone
If you're an early-stage company with innovative technology or transferrable skills for floating offshore wind, you can apply to join the Launch Pad Zone! This offers a company-branded exhibition pod in this new zone for similar companies at significantly less than the standard exhibition rate.
New for 2025, we are offering just 10 spaces for innovative and disruptive companies in floating wind in our Launch Pad Zone.
This is open to companies not already committed to exhibiting, and offers a competitive rate for companies looking to put their innovations in the spotlight. Eligible companies must be one of the following categories:
- An early-stage company – a company that is typically under five years old, a start-up or pre-revenue with an innovative product, service or concept for floating offshore wind that is not yet widely adopted
- Technology disruptor – developing solutions that significantly improve cost, efficiency, sustainability, safety, or scalability of floating offshore wind.
- Technology readiness level (TRL) 5 or below – offering a technology currently at prototype, validation, or early demonstration stage
- Cross-sector innovator – companies bringing transferable expertise or technologies from other industries (e.g., oil & gas, aerospace, defence, marine, digital, or advanced manufacturing) into floating offshore wind
If successful, you will be offered one of our exclusive Launch Pad Zone packages. This includes the following:
- Company-branded exhibition pod in main exhibition hall
- High stool seating
- Company listing on the official event app and website
- 1 x exhibitor pass (worth up to £295), giving you full access to the exhibition, Deep Dive and Floating Forum sessions, as well as various networking events across the two days
- Total cost: £995 + VAT, a discounted rate
